Job Summary : As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. - Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Support senior consultants with administrative tasks and candidate management
- Maintain and update the candidate database
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- High level of motivation and a desire to learn
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus
