RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
Ensure sales pipelines are accurately maintained onPipedrive.
Conductdaily and weekly follow-upswith the sales team to update and validate data.
Categorise pipelines bydivision, customer, salesperson, acquisition clients, and cold clients.
Identify gaps in the pipeline and ensure sales opportunities are maximised.
ENGAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UPS
Assist the sales team inscheduling and setting up client meetingsto avoid missed opportunities.
Track and managetechnology refresh cyclesfor clients.
Ensure the sales and pre-sales teamsactively pursue renewal cyclesand new technology adoption.
SALES REPORTING & ANALYSIS
Compile and presentaccurate pipeline reportsfor all companies within the group.
Provide data breakdowns intodivisions, customers, and sales personnel performance.
Deliver reports to theBoard of Directorsfor strategic decision-making.
Identify key trends and areas for sales improvement.
MARKET & INDUSTRY AWARENESS
Work in theICT sectorand develop a broad understanding of relevant technologies.
Stay updated with industry trends to align sales strategies with market opportunities.
Support marketing efforts by aligning sales strategies withcustomer needs and market demand.
