About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Sales Call Center Agent to join our branch.

Technical knowledge of Tools and Machinery would be an advantage.

Job requirements:

You'll engage in exceptional communication and relationship building, demonstrate your sales acumen, and cater to customer needs with satisfaction. You'll handle complaints with ease, maintain meticulous records, and adhere to our policies while seeking continuous improvement. Multitasking, quick learning, professionalism, and representing our brand are key aspects of your daily mission.

Desired Work Experience

Having technical knowledge in the DIY Tools or Hardware environment would be an absolute added advantage. Must be able to communicate with customers at all levels. Must be detailed orientated Must be able to read and write English Must be highly motivated and be able to liaise with customers
