We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and consistently meeting sales targets. You will work closely with both the Senior Sales Consultant and the team to execute strategies, resolve client issues, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Market Opportunity Identification & Strategy Development
: Collaborate with the Senior Sales Consultant to identify new business opportunities in the market. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed established objectives.
Sales Target Achievement
: Meet or exceed sales targets set by management by driving new business and increasing revenue from existing accounts.
Account Management & Growth
: Regularly visit existing clients to maintain and strengthen relationships. Work with your team to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for further growth.
Reporting & Communication
: Provide regular updates to the team and management on activities and results through daily call reports (scrums), weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.
Client Issue Resolution
: Identify and address client issues promptly. Work closely with the technical team and other colleagues to find satisfactory solutions and maintain positive client relationships.
Customer Satisfaction
: Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure that your clients receive the highest standard of service in the industry.
Business Development
: Contribute to the overall growth of the company by supporting regional and corporate goals, expanding the business through proactive sales efforts.
Stock Management
: Monitor and manage stock levels within your designated area. Perform regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
