This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career, with clear paths for growth and advancement within our company.Main job function- Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information- Prepare and send sales quotations and invoices to customers- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of products- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunitiesQualifications- Minimum Grade 12- Language requirements: Fluent in English and Afrikaans are mandatory- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong customer service orientation- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)- Familiarity with Syspro software is a plus- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsA Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
