Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards.



Support the Senior Site Engineer in supervising and coordinating site operations, including liaising with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.



Assist in the preparation of site reports and daily progress updates.



Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to ensure all work is executed according to plan.



Help monitor the quality and quantity of materials delivered and used on-site.



Conduct inspections of the site to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.



Provide technical assistance to the site team, solving engineering issues as they arise.



Assist with site surveys and measurements to ensure work is carried out accurately.



Help with the preparation of documentation related to project costs, schedules, and labor resources.



Support in ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.



Communicate with stakeholders and assist in resolving any issues related to site work.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Some experience in a construction or engineering environment is desirable but not essential.

Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Good knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.

Proficient in using basic construction software and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with engineering and project management software
