Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently seeking two motivated and proactive Junior Site Managers to join our client's team in Midrand, Gauteng.As a Junior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the coordination and management of construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and successful project completion.Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
• Coordinate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Assist with quality control inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Assist in the management of site safety and enforce adherence to safety regulations
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and records
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:Priority will be given to candidates who:

• Are English first language speakers and male
• Have a valid driver's license
• Possess shopfitting and construction experience
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Maintain sober habits
• Exhibit good people skills and communication abilities
• Are willing to travel and are time-conscious
• Can work flexible hours and are medically fit

Additional requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Preferably have prior construction experience
• Excel in organizational and time management
• Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well in team environments
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
