The successful candidate is responsible for a wide array of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This includes installing and upgrading software/Hardware, providing systems support to staff and global IT, establishing and maintaining asset and staff security, overseeing supplier SLAs, creating activity logs for duties and maintenance.
