The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs
You will play a critical role in identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Screen and evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
Manage the candidate pipeline and track progress
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
Generate and maintain employee data on the JMS ERP system
Provide employees with leave reports on request.
