Mango5 is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join us as a CSR Junior Team Leader - German. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in managing a team of customer service representatives and play a key role in ensuring top-quality service delivery.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Leadership: Support the CSR Team Supervisor in leading a team of German-speaking CSRs, ensuring all team members adhere to service standards and meet performance goals.
• Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations, provide guidance, and help the team navigate any challenges.
• Escalation Handling: Manage escalated customer issues, offering quick and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Training & Onboarding: Assist in training new team members, helping them integrate smoothly into the team and become familiar with processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and provide valuable feedback to the CSR Team Supervisor, ensuring consistent service excellence.

PERFORMANCE METRICS:

• Support the team in achieving weekly call and task completion targets.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance standards.
• Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor team metrics and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency: Native or fluent in German and English.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service; some supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Leadership: Ability to support and motivate team members, handle escalations, and assist in performance management.

WORKING HOURS:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 xe2x80x93 19:00
• Saturday: 10:00 xe2x80x93 14:00

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary: Market - Related
• Commission
