Performing all technical customer services, such as reactive, preventative, and planned equipment maintenance and servicing, and delivering safe, effective services to the customer sites within F&B.
1. Provinding Technical equipment quotes to customers
2. Monitoring service intervals and ensuring equipment is service on time.
3. Perfomaning annual servicing of equipment
4. Attending to Planned maintenance , Preventative and breakdowns as per request from customers. ( Call outs)
5. Tracking of equipment orders and ensuring correct documentation is shared with admin.
6. Follow up on quotes
7.Identify root cause of equipment failure and propose solutions needed to carry out the required work.
8.Ensure effective communication and teamwork, liaise with other team members and account managers to resolve operational issues.
9. Mananging and maintaing good housekeeping to 5S standards for the TCS invetory
10. Not limited to the above.
