Who we are: One of South Africa's leaders in prepaid devices.What we do: We help lower LSMs build and grow their business by providing them with payment products for their customers to transact and buy their goods.What we are looking for: Mid-weight Multimedia Designer.What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Lead Designer on various marketing design projects, including print materials, digital assets and social media content
- Experience working with printed media
- Develop creative and visually appealing design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and best practices
- Work independently and manage multiple projects as assigned
- Assist with shoot execution when necessary
- A proactive approach to enhance the brand through design
- Raising your hand when a cool idea comes up
- Good understanding of our competitors
- Strong collaboration across various teams
- Help mentor and grow junior designers
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and ability to translate concepts into visuals
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Motion design experience will be advantageous.
