Your responsibilities will include supporting senior consultants, learning about client preferences, and gaining hands-on experience in designing tailored itineraries. If you are eager to start your career in the travel industry and have a keen interest in Africa and its wildlife, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities:
- Assist in building relationships with clients and understanding their travel preferences.
- Learn to conduct client consultations to understand their needs, desires, and budget constraints.
- Support in creating detailed itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, and activities.
- Gain knowledge in providing advice on safari destinations, wildlife conservation, and cultural experiences.
- Collaborate with senior consultants, suppliers, and operators to coordinate bookings and reservations.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the travel industry.
- Assist in ensuring high customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and issues.
