Job Summary Qualification

  • Matric
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year Administrative experience
  • Must be computer literate (MS Word)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own transport
Duties
  • Liaise with Clients
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Collating, Filing, and archiving of documentation
  • Preparation of new files
  • Updating of various databases
  • Procurement - B-BBEE Data Base
  • Prepare files and conduct on-site verification for construction EME and QSE Certificates
  • Prepare files and conduct on-site verifications for Transport EME Certificates
  • Prepare files and conduct on-site verifications for Non-Compliant Certificates
  • Prepare files for SED Certificates
  • Assistant to the Senior Verification Analyst / Director
