• Relevant qualification: Production planning/Operations Management/ Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain and Logistics.
• 2-3 Years exp. In manufacturing and planning.
• Exp. in the Automotive industry would secure your position.

Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Organizing:
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
• Create, Monitor and Manage all Production documentation.
• Coordinate with supply chain / purchasing / finance departments.
• Establish daily goals and effectively communicate them to operators to optimize team productivity.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules and monitor progress.
• To assist the Operations Manager with the coordination of production plans.
• Gathering sales department information on order intake and future production commitments to meet customer requirements and production deadlines efficiently.
• Preparing Monthly/ Weekly Production reports and forecasts from sales orders received.
• Inventory/ Stock controlling:
• Prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
• Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
• Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items.
• Evaluate suppliers offers and negotiate profitable deals.
• Coordinate regular inventory audits.
