We are looking for a person with knowledge of recruitment. If you are a Recruiter, you want to work from home or if you want to work for yourself then this position is just what you are looking for.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Searching for candidates for job openings
• Upload CV’s on our database
• Responsible for keeping adverts on portals and website up to date
• Update on Social Media • Register Candidates
• Interview Candidates
• Sourcing and placing candidates
• Business Development
• Headhunting and Networking
• Setting up and conducting pre-interviews for clients
• Conducting reference checks and personality profiles on candidates
• ITC, Academic, ID and criminal checks
• Place adverts to advertise vacancies
• Full 360 recruitment function
• Typing and formatting own CV
• Clientrelationship building Requirements:
• Must have experience in the recruitment industry
• Must be precise and pay attention to detail
• Must be enthusiastic,
• Must have good writing skills
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have the relevant tertiary qualifications
• Excellent administration skills
• Own computer / Laptop and office equipment
• Must have own transport Remuneration / Salary This is a Freelance Recruiter opportunity not paying a basic salary, however, it does offer excellent commission at 30%.
