We are seeking a Key Account Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients, assisting in the development of account strategies, and driving business growth. • Support the Key Account Managers with the implementation of the Key Account Customer strategy nationally xe2x80xa2Monitor key accounts, analysing sales data and identifying opportunities for business growth

• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction

• Track market trends and competitors' activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive advantage xe2x80xa2Call on wholesalers as per NKAM request

• Review customer activity in line with strategy, manage customer portals and access to data

• Provide administrative support to National Key Account Managers

Requirements:

• Grade 12, preferably with a relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or sales. Qualification or background in health sciences will be beneficial

• A minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Sales Rep working in the pharmacy/health/wellness industry

• Intermediate Excel skills, working experience of MS Office Suite

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively and collaborate at all levels

• Ability to work with multiple deadlines and under pressure

• Takes initiative, able to plan and organise effectively

• Analytical and results driven.
