Title Key Account Executive - Western Cape
We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Key Account Executive. As a Key Account Executive, you will lead Altrons engagement with our most valued customers, specializing in building and maintaining relationships at all levels, from C-Suite to developer. Significant market focus in the Western Cape region will be on major Retail clients, but will also include other vertical markets such as Financial Services, Petroleum and Education.
We are looking for an individual with the relevant experience that have a challenger and growth mindset , leading towards transformative business outcomes for Altron and our customers.
Key responsibilities:

Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience
Investigate customers requests
Manage customer expectation
Properly validate, clarify, and assess needs of customers on an ongoing basis
Ensure the customer holds the company in high esteem, which is depicted by high customers satisfaction ratings
Coordinate executives of the company and their contributions to customer management
Spearhead the effort of the company in solution development to ensure customers needs are properly addressed
Make sure that client commitments are met and customers requirements are fulfilled to satisfaction
Appropriately coordinate company personnel involvement in strategic account management, especially in service and support resources, to ensure account performance objective of the company is met and to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Take care of any issues incurred professionally and timeously
Fulfill any number of assigned targets to ensure volume of sales is at a profitable level
Ensure assigned accounts meet with companys strategic objective
Fulfill the assigned quota of sales designated on any strategic account
Achieve the expectations for complete profitability on the assigned accounts
Work with other members of staff like service resources staff members, implementation resources experts, sales specialists, Business Development Mangers, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and varieties of other management and sales experts in the organization / Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth and development
Set up KPIs and keep track of key account metrics
Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders
Manage Pipeline with a focus on accuracy, reliability, detailed descriptions
Demonstrate a proven ability to understand customer needs
Create and deliver focused winning pitches to all levels in a customer
Demonstrate a track record of working closely with local and global partners providing solutions to customers
Work with other Account Executives within Altron Group to drive collaboration and the culture of winning
Be prepared to work with and manage a Junior Account Executive in your cluster
Be a highly confident negotiator
Demonstrate a successful track record of performance
Be astute in dealing with multiple parties
Collecting competitive intelligence, market intelligence as well as industry trends
Working cross-industry and having a solid mix of accounts
Have a high proficiency in formulating and presenting Strategic Account Plans as well as executing against them with precision
Manage your book of business with precision, from invoicing to debtors, from delivery to installation, from running to optimization, from revenue to maximizing profit
Always demonstrate the highest level of integrity
Experience and qualification:
9 years + of experience as Senior Account Executive/Cluster Lead or similar role
Experience and the Wester Cape market for at least 5 years, with relationships and track record with Key clients in region
B degree or equivalent experience
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
Experience in working in a complex business landscape
