Key Responsibilities Develop at different levels a transverse relationship with the customer and ensures strategic alignment. Understand the Customers overall business and activities (Competitive Environment, Growth Strategy, productivity, profitability). Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in agreement with the commercial business strategy, the market, category, portfolio. Drive the development of operational and strategic plans jointly with the Customer and the internal organisation (Targets, Budgets). Act as main interface between company employees and the customer contracts, if it is relevant Supervise the customer performances at all levels. Coordinate the new business opportunities in the region.
Qualifications and Education requirements Matric or equivalent, a Tertiary postgraduate qualification/Coschem Diploma 5 -10 years experience in selling speciality chemicals/raw materials to companies manufacturing PERSONAL CARE products in the following categories: skin and sun care, hair care, oral care, cosmetics etc Must have handled a large budget of over R100mill p.a. Knowledge & Skills Marketing and Sales Experience. Customer Relationship Management Excel Intermediate SAP
