Generate campaign cost estimates (CEs) and oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
Generate regular performance reports, analyse data trends, and provide actionable insights to clients for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with various creative, analytics, and campaign management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
Provide actionable, insightful reporting to Advertisers with suggestions for future campaigns
Achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets
Identify opportunities to improve the experience of the advertiser
Requirements:
Matric
Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Media, if the Degree/Advanced Diploma qualification requirement isn't met, 6+ years' experience in a digital/advertising account management role in digital marketing, advertising or similar environment
Minimum 5 years of Advertising Account Management experience or 3 years Digital Account Management experience
Strong knowledge of the Digital Advertising & e-commerce landscape
Ability to identify key advertising sales opportunities and translate these into implementable solutions and action plans
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, with the ability to understand client goals and communicate effectively.
Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
