Company DescriptionThe key account manager is responsible for signing on new customer, maintaining a long-term relationship with existing accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. This also includes developing new products and product categories for the customer. The Key Account Manager will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the clients are met, and help the clients succeed.
