Key Account Manager Distribution / Transport / Logistics / Supply Chain
Johannesburg East, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South AfricaYou will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and sustained client satisfaction.Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role requires:
- A minimum of 510 years of experience in operations or logistics, supported by a relevant degree and matric qualification.
- You will bring advanced expertise in budget management, ABC costing, and a deep understanding of supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with cost-to-serve models, P&L reporting, and joint value creation frameworks is preferred.
- A proven track record of adaptable leadership, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills is essential.
- The role demands high-level communication abilities, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal and management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
- Possession of own transport and a willingness to travel are essential for this role.
