Responsibilities:
Use all resources available to deliver budget and create a sustainable business.
Track category performance and market share to identify opportunities and threats and develop plans accordingly.
Develop, negotiate and track retail-specific promotional activities.
Download and clean-up of EPOS data for various retailers and maintaining the integrity of the EPOS database.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Deliver service to key customers to the level that is expected from leading brands to ensure we maintain the companys strong position in market.
Manage all elements of customer management in the key customers.
Manage all administration required for the customers and service providers within the portfolio efficiently and effectively.
Work with 3rd party sales and merchandising team to ensure shelf excellence.
Use retailer reports like Site Days Cover and Gap analysis to manage shelf health.
Conduct regular trade visits to required regions to ensure optimal shelf execution and to stay up to date with competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements:
Relevant degree or diploma
FMCG experience with a minimum of 5 years in key account management
Strong analytical ability
Excel proficiency extremely important
