Job Summary ABOUT THE ROLE (based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal) The KAM's main responsibility is to take full accountability for strategically generating sales under Radio Retail for Spar, on all service offerings provided. Duties of the Key Account Manager includes (but are not limited to): xc2xb7 Achieving sales targets and completing the sales journey xc2xb7 Offering strategic/creative solutions to clients. xc2xb7 Seeing all customers once over a ten-week period & meeting the required weekly store visits & client call targets xc2xb7 Attend trade shows. xc2xb7 Educate clients on new service offerings & consolidating reports xc2xb7 Creating sales proposals to pitch to clients, updating sales pipeline weekly & preparing sales store plan to discuss with management weekly. xc2xb7 Submission of an advert brief to studio via the advert platform. xc2xb7 Feedback reporting on sales, including strategy to close sales gaps xc2xb7 Attending both internal & external planned sales training throughout the year REQUIREMENTS Matric/Grade 12 A diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous Minimum of 2 - 3 years' customer relations experience & sales experience Background in Retail / FMCG is ESSENTIAL Ability to build & maintain strong customer relationships Experience in developing & implementing sales strategies Resides in Durban or surrounding areas Email us your CV with the Subject Line - 'Key Account Manager - Durban' to
