Key Account Manager - Sales - GautengFull job descriptionWe are looking for a young (28-35yrs) male with a dynamic personality, hungry to progress and succeed, to join a rapidly growing wholesale virtual buying group who are disrupting the current market with an innovative business model. We currently represent some of South Africaxe2x80x99s largest FMCG brands. The role is a growing one with unlimited future potential.The purpose of the role is to manage and build effective commercial partnerships with our Key Wholesale Customers (Township Wholesalers) on behalf of our principals. This includes driving sales to forecast, managing field staff, collection and insights on market movements, stock management, all delivered under our xe2x80x9ccustomer excellencexe2x80x9d model to achieve regional sales targets.Our customers are mostly foreign nationals, all supplying the township spazas and cash and carries direct. This is the market of the future, and we are setting new trends in this exciting, growing sector.Job Specification:xc2xb7 Maintain regular customer contact as per callage plan.xc2xb7 Achieve monthly targets by category - obtain orders to meet our plan.xc2xb7 Build relationships with all key customers, gaining their trust and support.xc2xb7 Identify volume opportunities within accounts while assisting their stock mgmt.xc2xb7 Manage price lists and deals with customers ensuring accurate orders.xc2xb7 Negotiate prices with principals where required to achieve targets.xc2xb7 Resolve any customer queries same day.xc2xb7 Obtain instore intelligence and market data.xc2xb7 Maintain accurate trade contact records and share daily.xc2xb7 Regular engagement with Principal Regional Sales team.xc2xb7 Design and implement innovative key account price deals and promotions.xc2xb7 Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.xc2xb7 The job requires the incumbent to own a suitable motor vehicle.xc2xb7 The job requires the incumbent to be in the trade at least 4 days of the week with the balance working from home.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: R35 000,00 - R45 000,00 per monthEducation:High School (matric) (Required)Experience:FMCG: 5 years (Required)Expected Start Date: 2024/06/03R
