• Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure loyalty and reduce the risk of losing them to competitors.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

• Continuously propose solutions that meet the objectives of existing customers to expand relationships.

• Service Delivery, ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.

• Serve as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust.

• Sales Generation in playing a crucial role in generating new sales opportunities that lead to long-lasting relationships.

• Manage orders from initiation to delivery at the store level, ensuring successful execution.

• Reporting and Analysis by preparing regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

• Analyze all aspects of sales data to provide strategic advice and decisions to directors.

• Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

• Marketing and Merchandising

• Identify and implement marketing strategies and promotions.

• Manage merchandising activities and ensure effective in-store execution.

• Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Key Accounts Managerxe2x80x99s Assistant

• Proven track record in Sales and the ability to provide solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Leadership and Teamwork
