Job Description
An international client in the Aviation sector in Johannesburg North seeks the expertise of a Key Accounts Manager/ Business Analyst.Requirements:
- Staff training and staff management experience
- Min. of 5 years experience in a similar field
- Completed Degree / Business Analyst qualification (bonus)
- Work on multiple projects
- Data analysis, trend analysis, customer satisfaction analysis
- Conduct feasibility studies and translate business data
- Experience with Power BI, Agile and Waterfall
- CRM with vendors, stakeholders, staff
- Provide reports to EXCO
- Sales performance and digital marketing (promos & campaigns)
- Identify potential threats to business
