Job & Company Description:Looking for seasoned Key Accounts Manager to manage, retain and develop the mutually beneficial partnership between the company and allocated customers to achieve market share growth within the airfreight sector.Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve revenue targets for domestic services as set by increased sales through organic growth of existing customers and through acquisition of new customers
  • Grow existing customer base by offering customers various solutions to airfreight requirements
  • Retain existing customers by maintaining a professional working relationship through regular visits, updates and feedback
  • Grow customer base by providing customers with the relevant information and following through with the opening of new accounts
  • Negotiate rate increases annually with customers to ensure increases in line with the Sales and Business Developments strategy
  • Identify, through knowledge and contacts of the sales force in the industry, new opportunities and threats
Education and skills:
  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Supply Chain
  • 2 Years experience in the freight industry
  • 2 Years experience in customer service or account management
