JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager with Lithographic / Flexographic Products Sales experience to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the lithographic and flexographic industry with a strong background in selling printed cartons. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding their customer base and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ability to bring established contacts in the industry is highly desirable.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Business Development:
Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the litho / flexo printed cartons market. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Address any concerns or issues promptly to enhance customer loyalty.
Industry Networking:
Leverage existing contacts and relationships within the lithographic and flexographic industry to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of litho / flexo printed cartons and their applications. Provide expert advice and solutions to clients based on their specific requirements.
Market Research:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Quotation and Proposal Preparation:
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for potential clients, considering their unique needs and specifications.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and advantages of our printed carton products.
Order Management:
Oversee the order process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to address any production or logistical challenges.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain detailed sales records, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Customer Feedback:
Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs better and provide insights for product development and improvement.
