Our Hotel situated in Seapoint is seeking a Kitchen Associate. Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist with the cleaning of kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Dispose of waste and keep recycling processes in accordance with environmental policies.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Previous experience as a Sculler or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Team player with good communication skills.
