- SA Citizen
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar discipline
- Min 4yrs experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Knowledgeable on health and safety within the kitchen
- Menu planning
- Staff management
- Stock management
- Must be able to work on weekends
