Job Summary * Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, including 2+ years in a management role, preferably in a 5-star establishment.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of modern cooking techniques, menu development, and plating styles.
  • Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Certifications:
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certification (e.g., HACCP).
  • First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of organization.
  • Adaptable, innovative, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
