Minimum Experience or Qualification:
Grade 12
Neat with high regard for personal hygiene and presentation
Conversational English verbal communication skills
Physically fit for heavy lifting
Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
Key Performance Objectives:
To ensure that kitchen operating equipment is handled, cleaned and stored in accordance with SOPs so as to ensure minimal breakage
To use chemicals in accordance with manufacturing guidelines and company health and safety requirements and kitchen SOP to ensure optimal cleaning and minimal wastage
To ensure that the scullery area and operating equipment storage areas are kept organised and clean in accordance with SOP
To ensure that kitchen capital equipment is deep cleaned nightly in accordance with SOP
To ensure that bins and floors throughout the kitchen are cleaned regularly to ensure strict hygiene and health and safety practices
To ensure that used cooking oil is drained and stored in accordance with company SOP
