Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen and Coffee Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of our kitchen, dining room, coffee shop. Responsibilities: Kitchen Management: - Plan, direct, and supervise food preparation and culinary activities, manage food costs. - Develop and maintain standard recipes to ensure consistent quality. Stock Management - Order and maintain inventory levels, weekly stock takes Staff Supervision and Training: - Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff. - Payroll and rosters, ensure staffing levels are maintained Customer Accounts Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Deal with feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Function and Event Coordination: - Plan and execute catering for functions and events. Dxc3xa9cor with Client Quality Control: - Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef or Catering Manager - Strong leadership and managerial skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Solid understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations. - Knowledge of OHS - Exceptional communication and customer service skills. - Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is a plus.
