Develop, implement, manage and continuously improve strategy for the entire National kitroom operation.
Direct the kitroom operation, which encompasses all aspects of long-term and short-term consignment in relation to; inbound and outbound logistics flows, kit inventory management, kit creation, kit build, kit maintenance, kit lifecycle management and their related processes.
Steer the kitroom operation towards improved operational service commitments, as well as the organizations objectives, mission and values.
Identify talent and cultivate a culture of talent development and succession planning.
Deliver exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
