We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with expertise in Yeastar PBX and Mikrotik router configuration to join our client.

Ideally, your expertise should include PBX systems, network infrastructure, and Quality of Service (QoS) optimization. Additionally, you will be a critical member of the Technical Services team, so an in-depth understanding of LAN and WAN routing, switch configuration, and the ability to differentiate UTP packets from web traffic is required.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Mikrotik Certified Expert (MTCRE) certification.
Yeastar Technical Training Certification.
Proven experience in configuring and managing Yeastar PBX systems.
In-depth knowledge of LAN and WAN routing protocols and best practices.
Strong understanding of Mikrotik router configuration and management.
Familiarity with managed LAN switches and VLANs.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and client interaction abilities.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
Minimum of 5 years of active experience in a similar role.
Reliable car for business travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Yeastar PBX Configuration:
Configure Yeastar Cloud and On-Premises PBX systems based on client requirements.
Implement call routing, extensions, voicemail, and other telephony features.
Ensure seamless integration of Yeastar PBX with external systems and services.

Mikrotik Router Configuration:
Set up Mikrotik routers to optimize network performance for VoIP.
Establish secure VPN connections for remote access and management.
Implement Quality of Service (QoS) policies to prioritize voice traffic.

LAN and WAN Routing:
Design and maintain LAN and WAN networks to support voice and data traffic.
Optimize routing protocols and configurations for efficient data transmission.
Troubleshoot network routing issues and ensure high availability.

Switch Configuration:
Manage and configure managed LAN switches to support QoS and VLANs.
Ensure network switches meet performance and redundancy requirements.
Troubleshoot switch-related issues and optimize network performance.

Quality of Service (QoS):
Implement QoS policies to prioritize voice traffic over data on the network.
Monitor QoS performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain call quality.
Collaborate with clients to define QoS requirements and expectations.

Understanding of UTP Packets and Web Traffic:
Differentiate between UTP (User Datagram Protocol) packets and web traffic.
Identify and address issues related to packet loss, latency, and jitter.
Maintain a deep understanding of network traffic patterns and requirements.
