Growing VoIP services specialist requires an experienced and customer centric fulfilment helpdesk agent.
Technical know-how is required.
Responsibilities:
Configuring & Implementing Hosted PBX systems
Placement & Monitoring of orders via internal systems
Management of small - medium scale projects
Router & Firewall configurations
Handing over completed projects
Building connectivity solutions
Building customer relations
Reporting and Escalating issues to a Direct Line Manager
Requirements:
2+ years relevant experience
Completed grade 12
Technical certification/ qualification preferred
Own vehicle essential due to working hours (09:30 – 18:30 and 10:30 – 19:30)
