Kontak Recruitment is sourcing a Certified Printer Technician with experience working with Konica Minolta printers to join an established IT Support company based in the South of Johannesburg.

Applicants should be willing to travel to client's site, meet the minimum criteria and have current field experience.

Minimum Requirements:
Own a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Training received via Konica Minolta SA and/or Mplus Cornerstone
Certification in the following models:
B4050i/B4750i/B4020i/B5020i
C3320i/C3350i/C4050i
B227/B287/B367/C257i
B300i/B360i/C250i/C300i/C360i/C450i/C550i/C650i/C750i

Duties:
Provide timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of Konica Minolta printers
Liaise with the Service Coordinator to order parts as needed
Install and configure new printers according to client requirements
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
Deliver professional and efficient customer service
Record all customer interactions and service activities in the provided application
