Junior Software Support Technician (JB3049)
Area: Alberton
Salary:  R12 500 – R15 000 a month CTC 
Duration: Permanent

Overview:
As market leaders in the industry, this well-established company is looking for a dedicated and professional Junior Software Support Technician to join their Team. They provide Employee Time and Attendance Management Solutions, Access Control, Job Costing and Labour Tracking that integrates with the company’s own software as well as payroll systems. Training on the company’s specific product offering will be provided.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Any IT NQF level 3 course
Call Center or Help Desk experience
Proficient in Microsoft office with specific experience in Microsoft Excel
SQL background will give you an advantage
Basic understanding of how to calculate time
Basic wage/salary knowledge
Good understanding of IT communication protocols
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good administration and follow up skills
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic and remote login support
Assist clients with Software and hardware queries
Provide a professional service to clients to maintain high levels of customer service
Promote new features and modules of company
Advise client on best practice for their organization
New Client Installations
Evaluate client information and scenarios
Establish best practice and advise clients
Conduct software setup
Provide both in person and / or virtual training
