R 25 to R 30,000 plus commission

We are working with an established Catering and Equipment supplier to expand their current sales team. The company operates on a national level providing high-quality products including baking, catering and refrigeration equipment.

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be self-motivated to reach personal and company goals. If you are passionate about sales, love working in a team and have a proven sales track record then this could be the ideal opportunity for you!

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Proven track record in sales, with a strong sales portfolio
Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and drive
Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
Target and goal-driven, with a results-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Prospect and acquire new customers in the Capital Equipment Sales market
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
Customer Focus:
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Communication:
Effectively communicate with customers through verbal, written, and presentation methods
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide comprehensive solutions
Organization and Prioritization:
Manage and prioritize your sales activities and leads efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
