Promote and create a company culture by cultivating, scaling work culture, and measuring impact of the culture on morale and productivity
Support human resource department by screening and interviewing applicants, preparing payroll documentation, orientating new employees, administering employee benefits programmes
Substantial planning is performed in this post daily, weekly, monthly and annually. The Culture and Administration Manager should have the capacity to deal with minute details efficiently and effectively
Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Working experience in a similar role – at least 5 years
Tertiary qualification
MS office, payroll systems, HR packages and databases
Duties and Responsibilities of the Culture and Administration Manager:
Culture management
Identify and implement opportunities to improve staff members working experience
Gather, evaluate, and transmit employee feedback
Plan and organize internal events and social calendar
Fulfil various corporate responsibilities
Administration
Recruiting and onboarding of staff
Staff development and training
Employee relations
HR administration
Developer HR programs, policies, and processes
Records management and HR generalist support
Ad hoc duties (marketing)
