Salary: R30 000.00 a month CTC

A well-established company that delivers the freshest quality fruit and vegetables directly to restaurants and stores, that are ready to use, or sell is looking for a hardworking, flexible and dedicated HR Generalist to join their Team.  The company knows how important a good reputation is and their environmental practices are sustainable and ethical. The company is also a food delivery service that provides a variety of fresh and healthy meals to their client’s doors.  Their clients can also order meal kits and get their groceries done.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
HR Related Qualification (Beneficial)
Minimum 5 years proven work experience as an HR Generalist
Excellent understanding of all HR functions
Experienced in Pastel Payroll
Sound understanding of HR regulations and compliance administration
Excellent written communication skills for correspondence, and HR content
Results-focused and deadline-orientated
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Be able to work in a highly stressful environment
Strong emotionally
Ability to build strong relationships with employees
Be able to work in a warehouse environment
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Full HR Generalist functions
Employee contracts
Onboarding of employees
Handle all and any Employee questions
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
