Growing Digital Agency requires the expertise of a seasoned Account Manager to be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our clients' objectives and our digital marketing team's efforts. You will be the primary point of contact, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the delivery of outstanding results.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
4 or more years experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or a related role.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC platforms).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and goals.
Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, insights, and campaign progress.
Understand client feedback and relay it effectively to the digital marketing team.
Strategic planning and campaign management.
Liaise between clients and internal digital marketing teams (e.g., SEO specialists, PPC experts, content creators).
Communicate client requirements, feedback, and goals to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned.
Coordinate the implementation of digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects.
Create and deliver regular reports to clients, summarizing campaign performance, key metrics, and insights.
Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Present campaign results to clients, explaining the impact on their business and making recommendations for future actions.
Manage and allocate budgets for various digital marketing channels, ensuring optimal ROI.
Track expenses, invoices, and billing to ensure accurate client billing and financial transparency.
