Join our dynamic team as the Academic Operations Manager, contributing to the success of our online education initiatives in alignment with our brand's pedagogic strategy. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership in all academic operational and administrative aspects related to online teaching, learning, and student support. Your focus will be on enhancing the quality of the online educational experience, fostering high student engagement, and ensuring student success through innovative
facilitation.

Primary Objectives:
Aligned with our brand's online pedagogic strategy, the Academic Operations Manager will lead in Academic Operational, Development, Administrative, and Support matters pertaining to Online Programmes. Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of online teaching and learning on platforms powered by the brand, as well as analyzing and reporting on student progression, support, and success in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Operations, Administration, and Planning:
Provide leadership in academic operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes.
Collaborate with accredited partner institutions to ensure compliance with high-quality academic service delivery.
Utilize strong organizational and administrative skills to enhance operational efficiency.
Academic Training and Development:
Implement training and development programs informed by the latest research and global best practices.
Inspire tutors through innovative online facilitation techniques, fostering a quality educational experience.
Compliance with Accredited Partner Institutions:
Build collaborative relationships with accredited partners to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
Review student analytics to inform support initiatives aimed at improving completion rates.
Data Analyses for Student Retention, Persistence, and Success:
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail to assess student retention, persistence, and success.
Implement support initiatives based on data analysis to enhance completion rates.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum of a degree; a postgraduate qualification in Education is advantageous.
Master of Education preferred but not essential.
Proven working experience in higher education teaching and learning.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for developing online learning experiences.
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and design models.
Curriculum planning and timetabling skills.
Solid comprehension of accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.
Experience in police and quality assurance.


Experience:
Management experience is essential.
