Requirements:
Relevant Degree
MCSE, CCNA and ITIL
Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT Management role for a service focused company

Technical Skills:
Advanced technical skills in Windows Server 2016 and 2019, Vmware, WSUS, Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS and MPLS

Duties:
Manage information technology and computer systems.
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
Manage IT staff through recruitment, training, coaching, communication of job expectations, and performance appraisals.
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
Align actions with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organisational policy.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions promptly.
Audit systems and assess outcomes.
Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Implement and maintain effective delivery frameworks internally and with the outsourced IT service partner.
Plan and execute moves, adds, changes, and deletions to support IT infrastructure in South Africa and Europe.
Responsible for maintaining information on purchases for the assets registry.
Implement network security according to corporate standards.
Anticipate and address difficulties or problems related to IT, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support internal IT systems and proactively address IT change requests from stakeholders.
