R65 000 – R75 000 CTC per Month

Tech company specialising in mobile data optimisation requires the expertise of an experienced and Customer-focused Senior Technical Account Manager. The role is an integral part of the Delivery Team to onboard customers and to build and maintain strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to all internal and external customers
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers with the primary goal of generating revenue
Unpack and understand complex or ambiguous internal and external requests
Review customer feedback, investigate possible product issues, identify opportunities, and contribute to the product roadmap
Find process gaps, collect data, propose solutions, and work with engineers and management to improve the experience
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
6+ years combined experience in web development, software industry, cloud computing, networking
6+ years’ experience in consulting or customer relationship role such as technical account manager or technical program/product manager
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and cross functional environment
Strong, creative, analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to collect, analyse and present data to propose solutions to existing problems
