Based in the UK, our client is a leading IT Services provider specialising in delivering cutting-edge technology across multiple sectors, including cloud computing, data management and cyber security.
They are currently sourcing a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant who would be responsible for 2nd and 3rd line Support, as well as escalations and mentoring 1st line support members.
The ideal candidate should have a "take-charge" attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and professional pride, seamlessly transitioning between a leadership role and hands-on customer support. Excellent customer-facing and communication skills are essential to effectively manage client engagements, participate in customer handover activities, ensure smooth onboarding, and contribute to developing the service offering through best practice escalation processes.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience supporting all versions of Dynamics NAV/Business Central, ideally from NAV 2009 to BC SaaS.
Proven experience in managing and prioritizing workloads in a fast-changing environment.
Track record of handling 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics NAV/BC.
Experience as a point of escalation for service tickets requiring enhanced management.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV/Business Central application areas.
Demonstrated experience in managing a ticket stack efficiently.
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
Debugging skills for CAL/AL development, although no coding is required.
Basic report layout design skills.
A working knowledge of Warehousing and Manufacturing operations.
Accounting experience or qualifications are a plus.
MB800 Certification (Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate) is desirable.
