Our client, an ICT company with over 26 years of industry experience, is seeking a remote ICT Account Manager for the Cape Town operations. This role involves managing Public and Corporate accounts, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong customer relationships. While the position is primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings may be required.

This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep industry knowledge, strong customer management skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate (essential)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Over 10 years of experience in the ICT industry, particularly in sales
Proven track record in a senior sales role, achieving sales targets
Experience with market research techniques, data analysis, and sales metrics
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License and own transport
Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Public and Corporate sectors remotely
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through virtual communication channels
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams remotely to provide tailored customer solutions
Prepare detailed reports and sales presentations using remote collaboration tools
Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape, leveraging digital resources
Contribute to the company’s growth by effectively positioning solutions and services to clients through remote channels
