Kontak Recruitment is currently recruiting and sourcing for a Retail store that requires an experienced GRV Clerk to maintain Systems (SS3) on an ongoing basis by performing input and reconciliation tasks; process claims; input category stock takes; and provide systems support for inventory control
Requirements of the GRV Clerk:
2 + years retail specific to receiving and merchandising experience
MS Office Suite
Grade 12 / NQF level 4 equivalent with Mathematics
Ability to process large volumes of data accurately on an ongoing basis and have clerical and systems aptitude
Responsibilities of the GRV Clerk:
Maintain inventory data including:
Invoices
Claims
New suppliers / codes
GRV register
Maintain Pricing & Point of Sale
Reports including:
Posting of sales
End of Day Reports
Category Stock takes
Transfers
Hygiene & Housekeeping
Ordering
Promotions
Perform System back ups
