Graphic and Social Media Designer/Consultant (JB135)
Hennopspark, Centurion, Pretoria
R15 000 – R20 000 per month
 
Large Signage and graphic design firm specializing in professional signage, fabrication and large format digital printing to the construction, architectural and corporate business industries nationwide is looking for a Head Graphic Designer to manage the graphic design and social media aspect.
 
The successful candidate should be creative, young and trendy and must have experience within the signage, cladding and branding industry.
 
Education requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant industry specific certifications i.e. Graphic Design
 
Driving is essential due to assisting with installations and applications:
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license essential
 
Previous experience required:
 At least 3 – 4 years’ experience within the signage, cladding and branding sector
Experience with branding, cladding and signage is essential
 
Software and printers:
Experience with Graphic design software essential
Experience with use of Roland Printers (vinyl printer) essential
 
Job duties and responsibilities:
Design of signs, labels, stencils, vehicle wraps
Operating Roland printer ( vinyl printer)
Assist with vinyl applications, signs, vehicle wraps and lightboxes
Layout and design and artwork
Get artwork print ready and cut ready
Knowledge of the types of vinyl and application
Drawing of signs, 3D and flat platform designs
Supervising and assist with applications and installations
Installation of signs
Assist with manufacturing of signage
Assist with fabrication (Perspex and steel)
Assist with LED lighting
Knowledge on reading of drawings
